TO HEAL PHYSICALLY, YOU MUST BE HEALTHY IN YOUR MIND & BODY,AS WELL. YOU MUST THINK OF THE WHOLE PERSON YOU ARE. NOT JUST THE PHYSICAL PART OF YOURSELF. I THINK THE BIGGEST PART OF HEALING COMES FROM WHAT YOUR MIND SET IS. YOU HAVE TO THINK POSITIVE.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO BE WELL,OR HEALED.
YOU HAVE TO SEE IT IN YOUR MIND'S EYE. FEEL IT IN YOUR HEART. & KNOW IT IN EVERY PART OF YOU.IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO RECOVER, TO HEAL, YOU WILL. IF YOU SEE YOURSELF AS WELL, OR HEALED, IT WILL COME TO PASS.
ON THE OTHER HAND, IF YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE MINDSET, THIS ALSO AFFECTS YOUR ABILITY TO GET WELL, OR HEAL. IF YOU FEEL SORRY FOR YOURSELF. IF YOU THINK YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET WELL, OR HEAL, YOU'LL HAVE A MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TIME DOING SO.
YOUR MIND IS A VERY POWERFUL PART OF YOU. IT AFFECTS EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT YOU. IT CAN MAKE YOU BELIEVE EITHER POSITIVE THINGS, OR NEGATIVE THINGS. SO, YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF HOW YOU THINK IF YOU WANT TO HEAL. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR MIND ALERT. KEEP THINKING POSITIVE.
REMEMBER,GOD NEVER PROMISED THIS LIFE WOULD BE EASY. BUT, HE DID PROMISE TO TAKE CARE OF US ALONG THE WAY.
IF YOU LET YOURSELF BE DRAWN INTO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. THIS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE. YOU'LL FEEL MORE PAIN. PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, & MENTALLY. YOU'LL CAUSE YOURSELF TO BE ISOLATED BY THE NEGATIVITY IN YOU. THIS ISN'T GOING TO HELP YOU HEAL.
BUT, IF YOU FOCUS ON POSITIVE THOUGHTS, & IDEAS, IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL MUCH BETTER. IT MAKES YOUR BODY FEEL BETTER. IT MAKES YOUR HEART & SOUL FEEL BETTER,TOO. THIS WILL BRING YOU TO BE WELL, OR HEALED MUCH SOONER. IT ALSO HELPS TO EASE THE STRESS OF THE ILLNESS, OR INJURY,AS YOU'RE HEALING,TOO. WHEN YOU THINK GOOD THOUGHTS. YOU FEEL GOOD. EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT FULLY UP TO YOUR USUAL SELF. YOU FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU THINK POSITIVE.
EVERYTHING LOOKS BETTER,WHEN YOU HAVE A POSITIVE MINDSET.
YOU SEE THINGS FROM A BETTER PROSPECTIVE. YOU LOOK FORWARD TO BEING WELL, OR HEALED. YOU FOCUS ON WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS. YOU TAKE TIME TO APPRECIATE THE SMALL STEPS THAT LEAD TO YOU BEING FULLY WELL. YOU ALSO APPRECIATE EVERYTHING SO MUCH MORE.
LIFE, IN GENERAL, BECOMES MORE INTERESTING. YOU APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE MORE. YOU'RE GLAD TO BE COMING ALONG, MORE EACH DAY. YOU CAN SEE EACH CHANGE FOR THE BETTER, AS TIME GOES BY. THEN, YOU SEE YOURSELF AS ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY. IT'S AMAZING HOW MUCH MORE YOU APPRECIATE YOUR BLESSINGS,WHEN YOU'VE OVERCOME ILLNESS, ACCIDENT,OR INJURY.
OR,FOR THAT MATTER ANY OBSTACLE YOU HAVE TO FACE. FACE IT WITH A POSITIVE MINDSET,& LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING IT BEHIND YOU. IT WILL BE DONE. SO, LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING ON WITH YOUR LIFE.& ENJOYING YOUR BLESSINGS EVEN MORE.
